Location is wonderful, quick walk to the beach. Per other review, look for the art gallery on the main street. RV sign out front on a post. Some sites up top; main area down the hill. All of our hookups, including cable, worked. TMobile and Verizon service good. Only 1 washer($1.50) and dryer($1) working but park was not busy. You do have to check in at the hotel but we had no issues. Bathrooms, laundry, and sites were clean. Nothing fancy; location was great.
