This would be a great campground if their volunteers were not harassing campers and kids having fun.

Dave a volunteer needs to retire to do something else other than harass kids and their mothers having a good time.

I've been to many different campgrounds and this has been the worst experience for my wife and myself for harassing (6yr old kids) picking up little twigs to learn how to light a campfire. It's not like large sticks we are talking about very small twigs around the tent site where you'd lay a tent. He explained that you don't touch the sticks and leave them on the ground and sleep on top of them. Zero common sense and zero adventure for the kids here. No fun zone.

The tent sites here have a great spot near a creek. There are full trailer hookups but it can get very tight and hard to navigate in some areas that are 20' or longer.

It's right off hwy101 so lots of hwy noise right off the highway. Still a nice campground minus the volunteer.

The park ranger was super friendly the two interactions I had with her.

Will not be coming back here. To many other state campgrounds with people who respect you and your families.
