I saw a therapist here for a month for anxiety and stopped going after he pretty much implied he couldn't help me.

Their billing department are scumbags who will try to get you to pay double for services that are already paid for. They don't answer their phone ever. They don't return messages ever. They throw away any documentation sent to them in the mail and just continue sending out bills every month. They're hoping enough people aren't paying attention and pay twice (or more) for their services. It's very dishonest and unprofessional.
