Nambe falls is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. There are two quarter mile hikinh trails. One takes you to the scenic overlook where you can view the dam that feeds the falls and you can also look down to where the second trail ends at a pool at the bottom of the falls. The second trail is mostly walking through the river to the head of the falls and there are lots of rocks so bring shoes you dont mind getting wet. Once at the base of the falls, most people stay here but you can continue to scale the rocks and climb up the water falls to an even larger pool where very few people go. The first waterfall spot also serves as a slide due to the water rubbing the rock smooth.
