Great place for the kids, we have had several birthdays parties here. If you have a trailer, RV, or a camper im pretty sure that you will need to call the city before hand to get the electric setup. Im not really sure how long you can live/ stay there so make sure you call.

The spot I was given to park my camper the plugs were old one didn't work and the other was in rough shape. There were 2 sewer lines to hook up to one had no lid on it and was covered in dirt the other the thread was broke off. I basically ran water down the one covered in dirt just to make sure that it was going to flow. I was only there a short week but the neighbours told me the electricity is very expensive.
