Absolutely beautiful land. The energy on the property is so clean and clear. You can feel it resonate through you and Rais your vibration. On a hot day the pool is very refreshing. Definitely worth the extra charge. Lots of great trails and campsites. There's even a stocked pond with small bass. Best fishing is at sunrise. They have sweet farm animals and good people who visit the property. Great affordable stop for a cross country trip or weekend retreat. Right next to the lake and the Arkansas River that has excellent fishing.
