Perfect campsite with kind hosts. We came in hopes for a first come site as everywhere else was booked. Showed up at 7am on a Friday, waited a few hrs, and then got a perfect spot! Facilities and campground are in immaculate condition. The site was about 25 min north of the City of Sedona and about 30 min south of Flagstaff. Also had perfect Verizon coverage, so I was able to get a bit of work done. Like most of the Southwest, water restrictions are in place, so the only water available was for drinking and cooking. Definitely bring ear plugs for the night, since this site is right next to the highway. Fortunately at night the cars seemed to go away.
