Camped there in mid-September 2019, after the ranger had left for the season. Arrived on a Thursday and campground was almost empty. One loop was closed. It did almost fill over the weekend. Sites were spacious, not a lot of brush for privacy. There were plenty of clean vault toilets. The lake is pretty but the scenery is not dramatic. The water level was low. Campground offers access to the Salmo-Priest Wilderness
