Great campsite to go to. So quiet and peaceful surrounded by a dense forest of pine trees. You don't need a horse to stay here neither traditional tents & rv's are welcomed. Very close to the lake short drive. The only downsides are the bathrooms have no flushing toilets & one water faucet that you have to pump in order to get water out of, kind of like the old western days. Also don't think about being on phone because there is no service so no social media. No paved roads to get into campsite neither but it is nicely gravelled so the road isn't to bad. Great forest scenery creeks all around beautiful forest. I highly recomend this campsite especially if you want quiet & peace. Took a drive to see other campsites around reservoir and they are paved but way more people and looks as if those campsites are close to each other. This campsite on the other hand has but only a handful of spots maybe like 11, and plenty of space between them. Much quieter
