I double booked a reservation on AirBNB then cancelled within 15 minutes when I realized my mistake. (The property on AirBNB is managed by this company). I called the number AirBNB provided for the owner right away and but instead got the property manager, Chris. I was charged a one night stay plus a service fee totaling $101.01. He told me to contact AirBNB because they control the refunds not the host. Air BNB told me it it is the host that controls the refunds. I did finally get a full refund after AirBNB called me back. However, I would not recommend this company due to their unreasonable cancellation policy and unwillingness to resolve the issue promptly. Also, overinflated cleaning fee!
