**Update**

We have lived here 6 months now. Robin is no longer there but Billy has taken over as manager, which we are very grateful for all the hard work he does to keep this property going! We haven't had too many issues really. Very pleasantly surprised that the home we moved into is energy efficient! Our home is very comfortable at 78 while its been 100° outside. No window leaks and out bills have been lower than any home I've lived in over the last 30 years. Finally making this our HOME and not just a house we live in.

We Just moved in today! The manager Robin is wonderful! The assistant manager Billy is incredible! They stayed until after 9:30 filling out paperwork to get us into our new home right away. Very clean neighborhood! Our new neighbors are very welcoming. Lot rent is reasonable and the homes are immaculate.
