Amazing park with tons of hiking trails. Are you up for a cycling challenge? The only park I know which is so friendly to cyclists that you need to ride to believe. MTB and road cycling or mixed terrain, the park has it all. Rock climbing is not allowed as far as I know even if there are very impressive sandstone formations. It's called Rock City for a reason.
