Successfully drove up in Toyta Prius but this is certainly once in a life time experience (at least, on Prius). If you decide to, be ready to get out of the car every 100 yards to remove rocks impassable for 5 in clearance (or enjoy the road cleaned by me a little bit in late August 2022). Doable? Yes, but very slowly and scratching the bottom. Drivable all the way up, approximately ~100 yards to the rim (can drive in some camping spots that are not right on the rim). Good ATT reception in the top. Plenty of camping spots with magnificent view.

Update: after cleaning up the road, drove done almost without scratching the bottom. Still, spare plenty of time if on low clearance. Took me 1h 30 min to Moab.
