We have been visiting this camp site for years. We love camping here, however this past weekend the hosts we not very friendly. Sunday, before we left, the facilities were down for about 2 hrs. The facilities are what we pay for so when they are out, regardless of whether it’s out of their hands or not, it puts us in a bind. We fell behind on pick up to leave by 11 because there were no facilities available and they still had the audacity to charge us the late fee. Again, we understand it’s out of their hands, however we did already pay for those facilities. We didn’t complain about them being unavailable, we simply asked for some understanding as to why we finished packing 20mins later.
