Mostly a local kind of area. Snorkeling is not recommended here unless you're very experienced with the ocean. You can park here and visit this beach here only. They don't want you to park here and hike a small way to the other beach. So park just before here and then hike past this beach to the other one located at the end of the trail.

Warning: the drive here is steep and has many curves so be careful and be prepared for dilapidated housing units, lots of abandoned property and small dogs and children running around :/
