This place is amazing. The beach view is one of the best in the Hudson Valley. There is also a trail along a rock rim that plummets between 3 and 30 feet to the Hudson. It feels like you are out west somewhere. There is also a great playground right next to the walking/running/hiking trails. Another section that is dramatic is the southern end of the trail that goes by the campground (this is all on the White Trail). It loops down to Nori Point with dramatic effect.
