Tims Ford State Park is absolutely a beautiful park with really nice hiking and biking trails. They make some of their trails fun and informative for children and adults alike (see my photos for a complete example). The park is always exceptionally clean with modern amenities and very nice campsites and cabins. Be sure to check out the Nature Center and birds of prey.
