As far as trailer parks are concerned, I categorize them into three groups: parks where you stay temporarily, parks where you stay long term, and parks where all the tweakers live at. This park is a perfect mix of the first two. Many tenants are long term, which forms a nice enclosed community, the staff is very friendly and helpful, with ample parking for snowbirds. Definitely not a shady tweaker park. For years I've considered this as the best park in town, and the only one where you have nothing to worry about if you happen to forget to lock your door. It's like a different part of the country once you pull in, like you just went back to a simpler time. It's almost eerie how the plants surrounding the camp deaden the noise from the freeway nearby, feels like camping. Conveniently located between two freeway entrances, fast food, gym, costco, lowe's, 4 gas stations and now a Walmart, two minutes drive away. It still manages to feel like it is out of the way, by the way it happens to be located. Theres a canyon out back where you can take a stroll or walk a pet, an enclosed pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, plus a few other quaint amenities. I would highly recommend a stay.
