first they make you fill out a form to inquire about a reservation.

then they send me an email saying they cant help me with a reservation for a few weeks because of a system upgrade. ( a system upgrade should only take a day (or at least do it after hours so as not to upset your guests)).

additionally in big BOLD PRINT they state no refunds for any reason - LOL, what a joke! - no thanks!
