Talk about a diamond in the rough! So happy we found this campground, it is absolutely beautiful, affordable and the owners couldn't have been nicer people! They offer tubing, canoeing, and kayaking on site. There is electricity if you want. If you don't go with an electric site there is still a place you may plug in and use electricity near the main office. Two on-site well maintained, clean bathrooms, with a large shower. They have two little houses you can rent. Probably not the best for RVs as the roads are very small due to the non stop incredibly beautiful landscaping full of flowers and nature. My absolute favorite thing was having my morning coffee in my personal gazebo on the riverfront. I could walk down the stairs from my gazebo to the public camper's fishing deck, which has rod holders and a cleaning station. The size of our campsite was tremendous, however we were the only ones in the "Primitive area" They use the trust system on firewood/ice, have a store on premise, beautifully landscaped, public garden.
