Owner Jerry is a super fellow!! Does not offer wifi as advertised! Charges a fee for reading the electric meter and electricity, even though this is not advertised or explained upon arrival.

All electrical power units are supposed to be 50 amps but we had problems and had to move to three different spots last year and two the year even though the meter outlets were supposed to have been upgraded over the prior summer.

Sister in law Valerie charges you different prices for the same coffee drink depending on who else is in there at the time. She can be very sarcastic to deal with when the owner is not around.

We were burglarized there this year and lost a lot of expensive tools and jewelry from our RV.

We stayed there last year with no problem.
