My family had a great visit here even during the hottest day of the year so far. The community pool helped out a lot. We managed to take the boat out and that's when I saw a beautiful marina his boat was in. Its very nice here but not a year round living community. Beware of a lack of good wireless internet. Verizon didn't work well here for us but T mobile seems to be better in my opinion.
