We reserved for an overnight stay at the campground and enjoyed our experience! We saw deer, gopher tortoise, baby armadillo, interesting birds, and raccoon!

Make sure to pick up all items from the picnic table at your site while chatting around the fire at night. The raccoon are gutsy and anxious to see for themselves what goodies you might have brought!

You can fish, bring your child to the playground, hike nature trails and canoe.

The sound of the forest is loud overnight and enjoyable, but if you are used to complete silence to achieve sleep late at night I would recommend to pack some ear plugs.

The campground and restrooms were clean and well-kept. A very nice little getaway spot in nature!
