With no awnings or shade available, the experience was particularly distressing for elderly individuals who had to endure the harsh sun. On top of that, the presence of porta-potties next to the line exuded an unbearable, nauseating stench that made waiting an even more challenging ordeal. It only added to the frustration. The thoughtlessness behind these arrangements is truly baffling.

While I did find solace in the river tubing experience, it's important to clarify that any enjoyment was solely due to the natural environment and not the service provided by the establishment.

I hope that my review serves as a reminder to the management to address these concerns and make necessary improvements. Providing basic amenities and showing consideration for customer comfort would drastically enhance the overall experience and prevent others from enduring the same frustrations.
