Served its purpose. Campground itself is nothing special. Good views of the mountains & "lake". The grounds themselves are not well kept & our campsite was full of trash & goat head stickers. Neighboring campsite pulled out mid-afternoon & left their campfire roaring. Sunday afternoon, and there was no one on site, so we put it out. No cell service, TV channels, and our Hotspot didn't get signal.

Bright spot was the playgrounds. Kids loved them, but they could use some upkeep.

Not much nearby, and Porterville is not very pleasant. Just all around pretty meh.

This has been our favorite RV Park in all our travels ! We had an issue with our site the first night, but the office staff were awesome in helping us get it resolved the next morning. The views are stunning from almost anywhere in the park. Some folks complained about the noise from the jet & AF Base, but we enjoyed seeing them take off & do maneuvers throughout the day.

The clubhouse was excellent & we loved the pool & playground. Close to almost anything you'd need, too !
