The people at the visitors center were very helpful. It had all the amenities we needed, shower, electricity, water and restroom. The lake was close and beautiful with a well maintained sandy beach and dock to swim or fish from. There was a horseshoe pit too. We also enjoyed a hike around the lake. There were day use picnic tables and a covered reserve area. There wasn't a playground but it had a sandy beach, rocks and logs to climb on. Dogs are allowed in leashes.
