where do I start? I lived here full time for 3 years. Biggest problem was Michael. He patrolled the property for any violations, usually parking. There is none! one space per unit and don't dare have someone bring something to your home to drop off because Michael will be at your door in seconds. I believe he has a camera in his unit that watches everyone. Even after we were told a visitor can have 15 minutes to come and then go, he was at my door, on Easter no less, 2 minutes after a friend parked to bring me a dinner.

I had mud coming out of my faucets and paid my repair guy $ 100 to figure out what was wrong, only to find out they had been working on the pipes in the park, but no notice to us.

I was over charged because of how they billed full timers to the point I seriously considered going to the landlord/tenant dispute center but was just so glad to get out of there.
