Campsites are perfect for small camper, RV, van or tent. Anything under 20' basically. Lots of trees for shade. Asphalt road & campsite parking. Pit toilets, trash receptacle & fresh water onsite. Sites are well spaced & limited. Super low NFS pricing. The only negative is the proximity to I-84 & major railroad system. Bring ear plugs untill you get used to the sound. It becomes white noise after a couple of days. Great central location to the Columbia River Gorge & 30 minutes from Portland.
Sub par for the price of $28/night. Pit toilets are in need of repair, proximity to I-90 provides constant noise pollution, hard to use hand pump for fresh water and access road is rough. If the sights were $10-12/night it might be worth it! This is by far the most expensive NFS campground we've experienced in 8+ year of travel. Since we're here, we'll make the best of it for a couple of weeks. Beautiful forest surrounding!

Quiet solitude in the middle of nowhere. Best night of sleep over the last couple of weeks. We used it for a one night stopover in route to Lander from Santa Fe. Ended up being a perfect choice!
