On Thursday February 17, 2022, as I was sitting at the bar enjoying a beer, a Female manager was screaming at a drunk patron for walking around and accusing him of being drunk, which was true he was, but oddly let him stay! Eventually 20 minutes later she flipped out on the guy and loudly kicked him out, which he did without any hesitation. The unnerving part of this craziness was I thought for sure this manager-woman was going to beat him up on the way out! The guy was leaving cooperatively and justifiably should have been asked to leave much sooner. The manager was over the top and the owners should re think who they have in charge there , or have some employee training on de-escalation, alcohol over serving and management’s skills.
