Campsite: Winkler County Park
Its an older playground, but still fun. It is a really big park with bean bag toss, volleyball, picnic areas, baseball fields, and a basketball court. Very well taken care of.
Campsite: Altamont Group Campground
This is such a beautiful camp site! It is surrounded by aspens and has a beautiful view of the mountains. My sister got married here and it was just the most beautiful place for a wedding. It has a big pavilion and lots of parking and lots of room to camp if you wanted to too. It would be the perfect place for a reunion, a party, or a wedding. Warning though that it is an awful drive up, with the rock falls and how steep it is and in some places the road gets really small. It does get cold at night too being that it is in the mountains.
Campsite: Horse Transfer Camp
This is such a beautiful camp site! It is surrounded by aspens and has a beautiful view of the mountains. My sister got married here and it was just the most beautiful place for a wedding.
