I think all sites were electric hookup. Bathrooms were extremely clean and never busy. Potable water is available on the front of the shower house. It's very close to the highway, which means it's noisy during the day. That being said, there's a stream that runs alongside/behind some of the sites. The sound of the water is really nice to sit and enjoy/fall asleep to. It's a decent trade off for the traffic noise during the day. Fire rings and picnic tables are provided at each site. I travelled solo and felt very safe tent camping alone.
