If I could put 0 stars, I would. The customer service is terrible here. 4 of our people ended up getting hurt on the river and when we approached the owner, he was rude and told us "well, your not getting your money back." We didn't get to float the river, we had to walk the river and people had gotten hurt because of this. There were trees and obstacles everywhere. I understand that this is a state park, but then they should be reaching out to someone to get some of the dead trees cleared as they have injured people and made for a very piss poor experience.

I would have been fine with even a partial refund as we had to leave there with injured people. But nope. Complete lack of empathy. Not a single word to help resolve an issue. Nothing. I will never go back to this place again. This was the worst tubing trip I have ever taken.
