Stayed for 4 nights. Girlfriend had 3k worth of outdoor gear stolen while staying here from her vehicle our last night. Our neighbors had a tent stolen that they left up. The bike path that parallels the water makes it easy for anyone to grab everything they can and run off quickly.

Would not recommend having anything of value in your vehicle you leave at your site or just set up at your site that you don't intend to lose.
