Been camping here for years and we enjoy the scenery at this camp grounds. The fishing was poor at the lake. Unsure how the fish population is after they dredged it last year. The flowers near the shower house seem like they could use a good watering, years past they were huge and beautiful. The site we chose which was on the south side of the grounds had a dumpster and it was parked right next to the road which did present some challenges as we backed our camper up to the site. The dumpster was emptied before the weekend rush was placed back in the exact spot even though there is gravel and room for it to go over several feet. For our trip this time I gave it just 4 stars since it seems to be run a bit differently than it had with the previous camp hosts.
