Family spend 10 straight days at the resort dry camping at Pine Knoll with our RV and boat. We had friends coming in and out during the trip to stay a few days at a time. Unfortunately we had a bad experience docking the boat in one of the resort slips. There was an exposed decking screw that deeply scratched up my boat gel coat. The next day I spoke with Layla the general manager. She was genuinely concerned and quick to get me into a new slip. Layla and I sat down and we worked out a way to make it right all around.
