I really wanted to love this place but my experience has been terrible. This place has zero integrity & hospitality. You can’t trust anything they advertise. You can’t rely on them to enforce their own rules.

The management here is about as mature as a 12 year girl & while the owners put on a good front and pretend to care, it’s all a mask.

Mike the owner offered me a refund because he couldn’t hold up his commitments & advertisements, but of course did not send it.

When I requested the refund after a week of waiting, they acted as if they don’t do refunds but would be generous and do it anyways.

Shame on you Austonia.
