The hike from the parking lot was beautiful, I found no trash along the trail, and the trail seems to be maintained well. I’ve only been once and that was when it was foggy. I had no view from the tower but it was still amazing! Only giving 4 stars because civilians are locked out of the top level of the tower. But you can still get (almost) the same view from the stairs!
