It's a live in Cmpgrd Park, in Gautier Ms, we thought it was a campgrd like most cmpgrds They did not state that 75% of property was rented to long term residents and people lived on site. They put us on a site with 5 ft between the camper on both sides of us. We were backed up to the front of a laundromat with constant traffic to and from the Laundry room. That was the only site they had available and was used for people passing through to their vacay destination per mgmt. That's ok if you only stay one nite and move on.They had a bar on the premises that children went in and out of often. Bar Mgmt said nothing to these kids or parents about children not being allowed inside while adults sat inside and drank adult beverages. We have been camping for 10 yrs and had never encountered a Cmgrd such as this one. There was definitely nothing there for entertainment for young children. If u had a boat you could go out into the Bayou with the alligators. This is definitely an adult only cmpgrd if you don't have a boat,canoe,or Pirogue or If you enjoy drinking with the residence, this is a campgrd for you.WE stayed one nite,with doors slamming at 5-6 am and people in/out laundry building at 7am. We notified owners nxt morning we were leaving to go home. We travelled 2.5 hrs to get there. we left at 10 am, nxt day, ck out was 11 am. I asked the owner if they would be kind enough to refund the two days we were not going to stay under these circumstances. She told me NO!!!!. there is a first time for everything however it wasn't my cup of coffee!!!!!!
