I booked a weeks stay at PFRV Resort. (10/21-10/28) Nothing on any of my maps prepared us for all the commercialization of the Pigeon Forge area. The campground was THE NICEST WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Their bath house facilities were by far the nicest and most luxurious we have ever found outside of our own home. The spots were all concrete with adequate spacing, so everyone had their own areas. We camped along the small river and found it to be very quiet and serene. The staff were so friendly and helpful. You always saw one of the staff either assisting a camper with a need, or another staff member picking up garbage, or someone else blowing leaves into piles on all concrete sites! All of the staff members were doing what was necessary to maintain a top rated RV Resort! We found out they really go all-out for Halloween, with many, many campers coming back multiple years in a row. Everything was centered around the kids! How fun! What a fun, clean, caring group of people who own and operate the Pigeon Forge RV Resort! Great stay!!! We would highly recommend this campground!!!
