Cinder Hills is one of my favorite OHV areas in Arizona and is about as close to driving on the moon as you can get. The volcanic gravel acts like course sand. This is a popular place for dirtbikes, 4 wheelers, and SxS's. This area also allows camping, but make sure you don't set up camp in a track just to be safe. Definitely great place to explore and experience.
