Editing my review from 5 to 3 stars: Giving 3 stars for the friends made while staying at “The Acres”

Jump to 2023. The new owners have implemented such strict rules & haven’t kept up on their end on the upkeep & improvements promised when they first purchased. Many of the programs have been cut & they’ve raised the lot fees so high long time owners can’t keep their properties. It’s sad because we used to have a lot of fun going to our happy place. Not so much now.
