The property manager, Phoenix, is absolutely stellar. She’s super kind and is always willing to answer any questions we have. This park is a hidden gem. While the neighboring areas around this park might not be so great, the park remains unaffected thanks to the efforts of management. The people here are friendly and come from all walks of life. I truly enjoy my neighbors. The spaces are well-maintained and so is the park. I always see the maintenance guy out on the golf cart working hard to keep the property clean and functional. He’s also very friendly. The park is very quiet and peaceful at night. Not to mention, location! We’re less than 5 mins from the freeway and not far from downtown. Perfect for anyone who needs to commute to work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay short or long term. Thank you for all of your hard work, Phoenix!
