Campsite: Cub Lake Campground #2 — Natchez Trace State Park

Stayed at Pin Oak RV campground for one night in late November. The sites were spacious. Some had more privacy or a better view of the lake, but we chose a pull through for our one night. The park had some, but not many campers. We came in without reservations. The campground host suggested site 34 which was a pull through with full hookups. It had a nice view of the lake and was close to the dock area and the bathhouse. Coming from I 40 east bound, the GPS took us through some backroads with no signage for the park, but did get us to where we were going. We left via what would appear to be the main entrance to the park. The cell service Verizon was weak, but did get some things through. Used the showers to avoid hooking up water and sewer. The bath house was clean, but could use some maintenance. Why do so many campgrounds have problems keeping up with rust? But the showers were hot and the water pressure was good. There was adequate hooks and space to necessary items. Would return for a longer stay. $33 with senior discount.
