Do not book here! I booked a two week Christmas vacation at this place for months in advance only for them to cancel it for days before my check in date. I plan to so we could take our daughter to Florida for Christmas now she’s worried because we have nowhere to stay that Santa will not be able to find her. In my opinion it’s just bad business, I’ve worked in the customer service industry my entire life and this is just poor management. Look out if you have an upcoming reservation they told me this morning they have a whole list of people they have to call and cancel that last minute.
