The staff, the location and the maintenance staff are incredible. Great hiking from the location and fun things for kids to do. We stay in our camper so I can’t speak much about the cabins. Overall we really enjoy the location.

The biggest issue is that they have an outdoor pool but it’s not open in the winter (like other places at Mt Hood). This is very disappointing especially seeing we stay and store all winter. They need to reconsider this as it’s a big negative for winter visitors. The heated pool in the winter is a huge perk. There are definitely some upgrades that need to be made and I believe some are getting done currently. Having a heated pool for the winter visitors would be so amazing!!!!!!
