Based on my experience of staying here multiple times things are busted , the playground equipment has screws and nails sticking out broken boards the entire upper deck wobbles not kid safe in my opinion. There "heated " pool is always cold, even my young children say it's cold 🥶. The docks have broken pillars and screws sticking are always underwater and slimy, slippery and unsafe . The launch is by far the worst boat launch I've ever used it's very unsafe and you're going to mess your boat up if you use it. These are amenities that they completely over charge for. Save your money stay somewhere else.
