The business is for long term rental of mobile homes or RV parking. We had called to rent for 2 night RV spot. When arriving I found out about the long term rental.

The management allowed us to stay in an empty lot with full hook up.

The place is well maintained and quiet. We had a relaxing time and went out to tour San Benito Tx.

If their policy was to change, we would return to this business and recommend to other Rv'er.
