Large group captured 14 RV camp sites and 5 cabins for up to 5-10 days (thousands of $). Guest Ranch kept 100% of at least 12 nights of funds from those who had to cancel (well in advance) or shorten their trip. My request (as the group organizer/host) for just 1 night’s refund ($40) at the end of my 10 night stay was coldly rejected. My group was shocked that my site wasn’t heavily discounted for all the business I brought them. It does seem like they have become greedy and are not customer focused. Consequently, they have lost thousands of $ of future income. Additionally, while we loved the old architecture, it is significantly run down. I suggest waiting to visit the Nemo Guest Ranch until they get back to a primary customer-focus and fix/improve things.
