Made an appointment, sat down for 35 minutes after scheduled. And didn’t even get acknowledged when I walked in.
Being the first time there, not familiar with the barbers face.. the least they could do is ask if I have an appointment.
Overall.. made me wait 30 mins with appointment, acted like I didn’t exist, and the cut was 3/5.
