This is the first koa that I wouldn’t recommend and we’ve stayed at numerous across the east coast. We rented for a few nights while in town for a concert festival. First night we got in super late, they left our check in packet and all was good. Checked in the morning and got the same paperwork as the night before including bathroom codes. We leave for the day and return late at night and none of our codes work, can’t get into either bathroom. We opened someone else’s late night check in packet to see that they changed the codes on the same day they just gave them to me… no mention of a heads up at check in. We did eventually find the codes taped to the side of our tent from management. Lots and lots of sirens all night, lots of bright lights from the gas station next door. Local police have a cruiser sitting next to the rec hall with blue lights on (not flashing) all night on Friday & Saturday. It’s a bit of a tough area and this campground just seems tired. We’ll avoid this one in the future.
